COG Executive Board
The COG Executive Board meets in alternating months to the full Board. The Executive Board receives reports from the COG departments regarding the operations of the COG. It directs the Executive Director regarding program issues and policy. In special instances the Executive Board may act in place of the Board, however, it is limited otherwise to policy consideration and recommendation to the full Board, rather than policy establishment.
