Information and Referral
Information and Referral (I&R) is the primary contact point for Senior and Disability Services. With a call or visit to I&R you can gain information regarding community resources, long term care services, benefit programs, outreach, grants and more. I&R specialists are trained and experienced to guide you in determining the availability of services through our agency, through other local human service programs, and community resources. Information and referral resources include, but are not limited to:
- Transportation.
- Housing.
- Food/Meals.
- Furniture.
- Energy Assistance.
- Community Based Care Programs.
- Nursing Facilities.
- Senior Centers.
- Legal Services.
- Clothing.
- Grants.
- Retirement Centers.
- Adaptive Equipment/Special Needs.
- OTAP (Oregon Telephone Assistance Program).
- The Medicine Program.
- Life Line.
- Link-Up America.
