November: News for Lenders and Small Businesses

Small Business Administration 504 and 7(a) Loan Programs Name Changes

Earlier this month, the Small Business Administration (SBA) announced that the 504 and 7(a) loan programs names were changing –

CDC / 504 Loans are now SBA Grow Loans
7(a) Loans are now SBA Advantage Loans

All policies, procedures, and forms remain the same for the time being.

SBA does expect there to be a transition period, where the website, regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, forms, and vendor software will be updated.
