OCWCOG is working on a two-year Regional Park and Ride Plan that will support and advance Transportation Demand Management in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. The Plan will foster a multi-modal transportation system, connecting communities and local/regional transit, while supporting economic development. The need for new and expanded Park and Ride sites has been identified in many local transportation planning documents in our region, as well as the need to coordinate with adjacent areas. An initial stakeholder meeting for Linn and Benton Counties will be held at OCWCOG’s Cascade West Center in Albany on Thursday, March 30, 2017. A Lincoln County meeting will be announced soon.
