OCWCOG released its Legislative Issue Areas, developed for consideration for Legislative and Administrative action. The issue areas within this document represent the coordinated efforts of local elected leaders and staff in developing solutions to problems facing our residents, businesses, and governments in our Region of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties.

These areas are inclusive and supportive of the League of Oregon Cities (LOC), the Association of Oregon Counties (AOC), and our industry and national associations, but may, in some cases, reflect priorities most relevant to our localities or affecting specific geographic or policy areas in detail.

OCWCOG Legislative Issue Areas are: local control; transportation – equity, mobility, access, and safety; healthy, community, and social services; and economics, development, and environment.
