Oregon Project Independence (OPI) is a program that helps older adults stay in their homes through the assistance of home care workers. OPI is an alternative to Medicaid and offers up to 20 hours a month of in-home assistance. There is an application process and a depending on your situation, there could be a cost.

If you are interested in learning more, please contact us to arrange for OPI services. Agency representatives will perform individual assessments to determine needs and eligibility for OPI on a case-by-case basis.
