Meals on Wheels
The Meals on Wheels program is OCWCOG’s largest program – serving more than 2,119 seniors and people with disabilities last year in our tri-county region of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. In total, more than 232,000 meals were served.
Our meal sites serve hot, nutritious, midday meals, and offer companionship to seniors who are at least 60 years of age and their spouses, and to Native Americans who are at least 55 years of age. These meals are served in locations throughout Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. Click HERE to learn more about Meals on Wheels Dining Center location, hours, and site manager information.
Our home delivery program is designed for homebound seniors and people with disabilities under 60 who receive Medicaid services, and are unable to get to a dining room in their community. Our home-delivered meals are delivered by volunteer Meals on Wheels drivers.
Become a volunteer!
Whether you’re interested in packaging meals for home delivery or spending time with our most vulnerable population in one of our dining rooms – we are always looking for volunteers. Volunteers must be 18 years or older, and are subject to a criminal history background check.
Can’t volunteer, but still want to participate—donate!
