NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC VOTING FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET: Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments (OCWCOG)
An electronic vote will take place by the Board of Directors of the OCWCOG on its Supplemental Budget. The purpose of the electronic vote is to approve the Supplemental Budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2019, as approved by the OCWCOG’s Budget Committee. A copy of the Supplemental Budget may be inspected or obtained at 1400 Queen Avenue SE, Albany, Oregon, between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, or is available HERE.
Public comments will be accepted from Monday, July 22nd through Friday, July 26th by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org; calling 541.924.8465; or writing OCWCOG, Attn: Budget; 1400 Queen Avenue SE, Suite 201; Albany, OR 97322.
The OCWCOG Board of Directors will vote electronically from Monday, July 29th through Wednesday, July 31st.
