Benton County
Veterans Services

The Benton County Veterans Service Office is staffed by the Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments in partnership with Benton County Commissioners. Our Veterans Service Officer is accredited by the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs (ODVA) and the National Association of County Veterans Service Officers (NACVSO), giving you confidence that the guidance and information you receive will be unique to your needs, ensuring the maximum payment on your claims.

Mission

The Benton County Veterans Service Office (VSO) assists Veterans and Veteran Families in submitting claims for Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits including compensation, pension, survivor’s benefits, and VA Healthcare. Our Veteran Service Officers advocate on behalf of the claimant to ensure all benefits, for which the claimant is eligible, are received.

Visit ODVA’s website for other available resources and benefits, including information on National and State Parks; license plates and Oregon Driver’s license notation; Veterans Identification Cards, and much more.
