April 2020: Lending Update

In reference to the CARES Act and COVID-19

Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments (OCWCOG) is working to be a concierge for resources available to businesses. Please click HERE to access the OCWCOG COVID-19 Resource page.

Businesses can apply online for the Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) and Loan Advance. Businesses need to contact a Bank or Credit Union to apply for a Payroll Protection Program (PPP).

OCWCOG offers and packages U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 Loans Statewide, along with other valuable lending instruments. These include loans through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), and local special funds aimed at projects in OCWCOG’s Region of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. OCWCOG, with its more than 30-years of lending experience, has a long and proud history of assisting small businesses in our Region with their financing needs.

OCWCOG’s Cascades West Business Lending (CWBL) mission is to stimulate investment, job creation, and job growth, specifically focusing on making loans to new and expanding businesses that cannot obtain traditional industry financing.
