OCWCOG’s Senior and Disability Services offers a variety of services specifically for Medicaid clients that live within Benton, Lincoln, and Linn Counties. OCWCOG works with local Coordinated Care Organizations and InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organizations to provide health care to its Medicaid clients.

Coordinated Care Organizations (CCO) are networks of all types of health care providers who have agreed to work together in their local communities for people who receive health care coverage under the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid).

The InterCommunity Health Network CCO located in the Benton, Lincoln, and Linn County region is the local private-public partnership that consists of county governments and their public health, mental health, addiction service departments, local health care providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and the following organizations:
