Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments

OCWCOG is a voluntary association of twenty cities, three counties, the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians and a port district. Geographically, the OCWCOG spans a region from the crest of the Cascade Range to the Pacific Ocean and includes all of Benton, Lincoln, and Linn counties.

OCWCOG helps communities collaborate to solve problems and connects member governments, businesses and individuals with a wide array of resources. By pooling resources through OCWCOG, services to the public can be provided more cost-effectively and efficiently. OCWCOG also serves as a forum for cross-jurisdictional cooperation.

Over the years, OCWCOG has assisted our members in a variety of areas. Find more information about COG programs and services by clicking on Departments, or select About Us to learn more about the COG's mission and history.
